Northshore Utility District is offering customer payment management services at no additional cost. Once registered, customers can make online payments (including autopay), view payment history, manage multiple accounts, setup electronic notifications and more.
Customers without an online account may select "Quick Pay" or “Pay By Phone” option.

ATTENTION: All customers using online payment services must register on the Customer Web Portal (except for those using the one-time “Quick Pay” option). We ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard.
Customers must complete registration for electronic billing and/or automatic payments at least 15-days before the customers next billing date for these services to become effective for the next billing cycle.
A 3% service charge is passed on to customers for use
of credit cards to process transactions in excess of $500 per two-month
period.
Effective August 17, 2024, we will no longer deliver a Door Tag prior to shutting off water for non-payment. This update is designed to help us manage costs, save affected accounts the $25 fee and enhance the safety of our employees.
